Repair or replace? An honest framework. If your dryer is under seven years old and the total repair quote is less than half the cost of a comparable new model, repair is almost always the right call. Above that threshold, or if the same part has failed twice in eighteen months, it is worth pricing a replacement. When you call us, our technician will tell you honestly which side the numbers fall on. We would rather lose a repair than sell you one that will not last.
Brand matters for parts. Bosch, Siemens, Miele and Whirlpool parts are usually in Dubai stock within 24 hours. Samsung and LG parts are almost always same-day. Older Beko, Zanussi, Ariston or Bompani models can need a three to five working day wait if the part needs importing, and we always tell you up front rather than starting the repair and then discovering the delay. Heat-pump models occasionally need factory-only components that take longer.
Vent cleaning saves you money over time. A simple vent and condenser-coil clean costs AED 150 and takes about forty minutes. Skip it for two years and you are looking at an overheating dryer, a burnt-out heating element and a bill several times higher. Our laundry dryer repair visits include a free vent inspection and we tell you straight if a clean is due.
Commercial vs residential pricing. A hotel laundry-room dryer or a laundromat unit works to different tolerances than a home dryer. Commercial jobs are priced by scope after a site survey rather than a fixed hourly rate. We prioritise food-service and hospitality clients because we understand what a broken dryer costs a hotel during peak occupancy.
Payment and invoicing. We accept cash, card, bank transfer and instant WhatsApp payment links. Every job comes with a proper VAT-inclusive invoice by email within a few hours of completion, so if you are claiming the repair back through building maintenance, insurance or a landlord, the paperwork is ready. Corporate and hotel clients can be set up on a monthly consolidated invoice with agreed payment terms.
